日本telec認(rèn)證是什么？

　　 日本《無(wú)線電法》要求，對(duì)指定的無(wú)線電設(shè)備進(jìn)行型號(hào)核準(zhǔn)（即技術(shù)法規(guī)符合性認(rèn)證）。telec認(rèn)證是強(qiáng)制性的，認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)為mic在指定無(wú)線電設(shè)備范圍認(rèn)可的注冊(cè)認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)telec（telecom engineering center）是日本無(wú)線電設(shè)備符合性認(rèn)證的主要注冊(cè)認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)，telec在日本也叫mic認(rèn)證，telec為mic指定發(fā)證機(jī)構(gòu)之一，故統(tǒng)稱telec認(rèn)證。

　　telec認(rèn)證的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)參見(jiàn)其網(wǎng)上技術(shù)法規(guī)符合性認(rèn)證系統(tǒng)中的所列出的指定無(wú)線電設(shè)備的分類和技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。這些技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與《無(wú)線電法規(guī)》（radio regulatory commission rules no.18）的技術(shù)要求有差異時(shí)，以《無(wú)線電法規(guī)》為準(zhǔn)。

　　telec認(rèn)證類型

　　 telec認(rèn)證包括測(cè)試認(rèn)證（test certification）和型式認(rèn)證（type certification）。測(cè)試認(rèn)證是針對(duì)每一個(gè)設(shè)備單元進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證，該認(rèn)證只對(duì)每一個(gè)經(jīng)過(guò)了驗(yàn)證的設(shè)備單元有效；

　　型式認(rèn)證是指對(duì)同樣設(shè)計(jì)和制造的一批設(shè)備的樣品進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證，該認(rèn)證對(duì)該批設(shè)備都有效，但如果設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)或制造發(fā)生了改變，設(shè)備將需要重新認(rèn)證。

　　對(duì)于非低功率無(wú)線電站及其終端設(shè)備的使用需要向mic申請(qǐng)執(zhí)照。

　　對(duì)于電信終端設(shè)備的符合性認(rèn)證分兩種情況：

　　對(duì)于普通裝置，只要按電信事業(yè)法要求進(jìn)行jate認(rèn)證；

　　對(duì)于無(wú)線的終端設(shè)備，除了需要按電信事業(yè)法要求進(jìn)行jate認(rèn)證外，還需要按無(wú)線電法要求進(jìn)行telec認(rèn)證。

　　無(wú)線通信設(shè)備telec認(rèn)證需要提交的資料

　　(1)技術(shù)型號(hào)規(guī)格表（technical type specification form）；

　　(2)質(zhì)量申明管理系統(tǒng)（declaration of management system）；

　　(3)質(zhì)量證書(shū)的控制批準(zhǔn)方法或者iso9001證書(shū)（letter of control confirmation methodormanufacturer’s iso 9001 certificate）；

　　(4)結(jié)構(gòu)保護(hù)批準(zhǔn)證書(shū)（letter of construction protection /confirm/iation）；

　　(5)宣稱的額定功率（rated power declaration）；

　　(6)天線報(bào)告（antenna report）；

　　(7)測(cè)試報(bào)告(test reports(including test results,test setup photos and examinations carried out)；

　　(8(block diagram, schematic diagram, bill of material, parts placement, ic data sheets, internal and external，photos,product deion,user manual,operational/technical deion, deion of pheripherals/accessories)；

　　(9)標(biāo)簽信息（label information(label location,label content)）；

　　if you act as agentoras authorized representative of the manufacturer。

　　(10)委托書(shū)/授權(quán)書(shū)（power of attorney/authorization letter）；
